Mic speaker not working in New Omnia W :(

Hi guys I bought Omnia W yesterday ...I was just soo excited

But now today when I tried to make a call , I found that mic and speaker not working
Although on speaker mode everything is fine...even with headphones all is fine

What to do?? if someone have experienced this issue please help

Now I am cursing myself to buy samsung

It seems it started working automatically

I just updated my phone software...maybe thats the reason

hmmm, strange. well after update its recommended to do a factory restore.
