Gagan Narang wins Bronze in 10m Air Rifle Shooting. :D Could have
easily won Gold as well. It's matter of luck.

Abhinav Bindra failed to qualify.

I expect a medal from Saina Nehwal too. She is in very good form.

China is literally 'producing' world-class sportsmen. Like a factory. Training Children right from the childhood. Kids as small as 4 years are being trained in gymnastics, etc. Preparing athletes for the next generation. China is going to rule all the Olympics. *respect*

This is the failsafe mechanism that we fall back to everytime.

Except for few participants who are religiously passionate about their field.

^^ True that.

Saina enters quarter finals. :) She hasn't lost a single 'game'. Won all the 3 matches in straight sets.
But, Why So Serious, Saina?

Jai Hind. Hope India gets more than one medal. I blame Indian culture for Gagan Narang's Bronze. :)

She'll be against World No. 1 Wang Yihan in SF, if she wins QF. She has lost 5 times and never won against her.

I'm rooting for Saina Nehwal, Mary Kom and Vijender singh
Same.

^That is if Wang Yihan makes semis too. Besides, the top four players are bound to play each other in the semis. For TT and badminton, there is only one rule. Beat the Chinese and you win.

Gagan Narang is also out of 50m Rifle. Karmakar Jyodeep walked past him and qualified. Lets hope for good.

EDIT: Its over. Jyodeep finished at 4th.

Guys the main problem in India is No Importance for other sports.
It's only cricket and nothing else.
They should start a scholarship program. And give it to good sportsmen across india and train them for the sport their good at
