In ear Headphones

Hi
I have been using ep630 for over 2 years and was happy with them until they broke down recently. Now i am looking for a replacement. My requirements are:
Should be in-ear
I generally listen to 192 kbps songs in indian classical and metal genres
I dont care for a punchy bass, rather i dont want a punchy bass
Budget is around 1k, preferably less.
I have short listed three earphones: another set of ep630, soundmagic pl11, or soundmagic pl30. Please recommend among these. If soundmagics are not available in mumbai, please recommend another pair that are available here.

PL 11 and PL 30 both are better than EP-630. If you cant find them online, PM me .

Almost no one will agree with me, but I found the ep-630s better for transit than the pl-30, donno about the pl-11s though. The build quality of the ep-630 is much better than the pl-30, particularly the bass adjust knob. Quality wise, the pl-30 is more clear, but only marginally, not enough to warrant the 600 extra, and that is only if you get a great deal. Look into the Denon AH-C551, or the cheaper AH-C360 if you can. The off-the-shelf prices of all these are really high in the stores (ep-630s cost around 1.2k). From your list, pick up another pair of ep-630s, you should and will get em for under 600.
