Yes People, I think I am gonna have a very very tough time decide between the SGS-2 and iPhone-5 should the iPhone come out with 4 Inches. Anything less than that, the iPhone will be out of contention for me so...I pray God, give me good sense which helps me decide between these two...

Just wait till first week of october. You know an iphone 4 is still more appealing than the other offerings. It would be a pity if you lose out on a 4" iphone 5 (if at all). Without a bigger screen, well it'll be a struggle and you can choose android.
Just wait till then.

IMO.. wait till end of October.
Wait till Nexus Prime hits us (2nd week of October). Not sure y you guys are thinking of SGSII when Nexus Prime is releasing 2 weeks from now.
iPhone 5... for steve mob's sake... should beat SGS II... considering the lead time it got. But i doubt if it would be able to beat Nexus Prime/Samsung Equivalent of it.

Iphone 4S is expected to have:
the best camera(as compared to to any phone till date) which will shoot Full HD video
A faster processor
iOS 5(this thing which I m looking forward to)

But unfortunately we have:
The same RAM(only 512MB)
The same Design

I hope that a contract free iphone 4S will not be available soon in the market.
In India hopefully it will come in December
So if u can get a get a contract free iphone 4S for 30k from US or singapore then go for it.You will be among the first few guys(in India) who will have an iphone 4S.
So it totally depends on u now.

"lot of movies" and "internet surfing" means you should go with GS2

If you are more into apps and stuff then iOS but that is only marginally better.
Also you might have to wait for really long for the "S"

if only you can make enough arrangements to buy from Us at 30k which is a good price go for it. Wont recommend you to buy in India for 40k. Its overpriced here.

Plus the not bigger screen size something like 4 Inches or more is also a huge..huge...dissapointment for me...A Great not to buy factor. Atleast they should have increased the screen size.
