What budget you have for monitor?

@Sai - Budget for monitor is between 17 to 20K for 27 incher. Right now I have AOC I2757FH in my choice. This is chosen as it is one of the sub 20K 27 incher and has 2 HDMI ports, which will enable me to hook HD DTH for occassional TV watching with the same monitor

My recommendation :-

@Siva - Thanks for the recommendation of config.

Still my need for wi-fi is left un addressed.

Another point is I am looking for a cabinet which looks more horizonal. How about this one Buy Cooler Master HAF XB Micro-Tower Case in Mumbai India
This model is going to increase my total cost by around 4K.

I checked both NZXT Gamma and Coolermaster Elite 310. NZXT Gamma looks awful, but seems to be engineered very well. I will keep this cabinet in my choice, though my current preference is something small and horizonal

How is this config? Give your inputs to change/improve

Intel Pentium G20103500
Gigabyte GA-H77N-WIFI8500
4GB DDR3 RAM2000
500GB HDD3500
DVD1000
Corsair CXV2 430W2500
Cooler Master Elite 1203000
Microsoft Desktop 5001000
Total25000

Price quoted are indicative and gathered from web and mostly rounded off to the higher side.

More suggestions and comments welcome

Buddy,Any Specific reason you're going with that Expensive Mobo??
i think a config should be balanced, here you go-

Intel i3 3220 7k
Gigabyte GA-b75m-d3h-4k
Corsair 4GB value Ram-1.6-1.7k
WD HDD - 3.2k
Corsair CX 430v2-2.7k
Asus DVD rw -1k
Microsoft 800 Wireless KB+mouse-/Logitech MK260-1.5k (for comfortable Viewing Experience)
CM Elite 311-2.4k/NZXT Gamma-2.5k
TPlink USB Wireless adapter 0.7k TP Link 150Mbps High Gain Wireless Adapter Price in India

Total-24.2k
You can save some money by going wired Logitech MK200 combo, but i personally think if you'll be using a 27 incher, you'll be sitting pretty far apart from screen in which case wireless KB+mouse is idol for Controlling Any Media Player (VLC ??)

Please read first post. He wants wifi.

@OP

The above config is very good. You can buy any config which we suggested and add a USB wifi adapter for less than 1000. That way you can save costs also and get all that you need.

For the USB wifi adapters, I suggest any one of the two below. Both are under 700 .you don't need to buy an expensive wifi enabled mobo.

TP-LINK 150 Mbps TL-WN721N Wireless N - TP-LINK: Flipkart.com

Or

Netgear N150 Wireless WNA1100 - Netgear: Flipkart.com

Also go for CM elite 430. It is better

@thaluageek - As @shivakanth told, the option of motherboard which I have mentioned is purely on the need for wifi adapter. It was the cheapest mobo I found with built-in wifi. @shivakanth - I had bad experience with USB wi-fi adapters and hence apprehensive in taking that route. Is there anything wrong in the config(Intel 2010 + GA-H77N-wifi) given by me ?

What's the point in spending more for int. WiFi. Better get an USB WiFi adapter. 300N ones from D-Link, Asus and Digisol will cost around Rs.900. TP-Link 300N costs around Rs.800 and 600N costs around Rs.1100.

How about pci-e wireless cards?? Any problems with them??

Here are two cards under 1000.

D-Link DWA-525 Wireless N 150 Desktop Adapter Network Nic - D-Link: Flipkart.com

Or

TP-LINK TL-WN781ND 150Mbps Wireless PCI Express Network Nic - TP-LINK: Flipkart.com

Thanks all guys for chipping in. I am looking for MB with built-in wifi coz of my bad experience with both usb and pci wifi card (in both case it was dlink). It was about a year back. But I still would like to keep the option open, if I come across some reliable usb/pci based wifi card. Is there any reliable once to suggest? D-Link DW525 in earlier experience was not satisfactory with latency and frequent connection drop

Does an h77 board comes cheaper than b75 board + pci wi-fi card?

No chance . In built wifi board costs 8.5k. Normal board + pci card will come to around 5k only ( b75 - 4000 + pci card less than 1000 = 5k )

So going for a pci card is better. But OP has had some probs with pci cards and USB adapters , so he wants board with built in wifi.
