wifi board will be my first choice. Need to check the availability. Also Intel g2010 is chosen only to keep the cost within 25K. If I can squeeze in i3 3220 or 3210, I may choose one of them.

If you want to go with i3 you have to buy an external adapter.. . May I know why you are insisting on a wifi mobo.
All movies I watch are stored in a NAS BOX and I need to access the same with wifi as I cannot put wired connection. Most of the movies will be 1080p with minimum file size of 4GB. Earlier I have used D-link usb wifi adapter and also pci wifi adapter and both the times experienced bad network connection with wifi. However my home network works well with wifi in other devices such as Laptop, Mobiles, Tablet, Logitech SBT etc., This PC build is to get rid of my laptop. So need the wifi stability as good as laptop. My assumption ( may be wrong) is mobo with built-in wifi will be stable in connectivity. If some reliable pci/usb wifi adapter, I am still open for the same and I may go for a mobo without wifi adapter. Today I thought of just buying a USB wifi adapter and test it for few days. If it turns out bad, it will be just Rs.800 to Rs.1500 bad investment. If turns out to be good, then I can rethink the rig based on the same

Guys, I need to add one more component.

I am planning of capture content from HD-DTH. So need to add a video capture card to the PC.

  1. This video capture card should be able to record content in atleast 720p resolution and if possibel 1080i resolution.
  2. Preferably the video capture card should have HDMI-In and HDMI-Out
  3. Budget for the card - Dont know. I want the cheapest one with the above two features.

Note: In the PC rig discussed till now, one more component I will not be purchasing, and it is HDD, since I got an unused 1TB WD Caviar Green from a good friend.

Do not go for WD green hdds , they are notorious for being unreliable, go for WD blue

You got it for free or are you saying some money?

I am using WD Caviar Green 1TB in my HTPC and a pair of 2TB Caviar Green in NAS BOX. I never had problem in last 3 years.

Anyway this time I am getting 1TB WD CG free. It is one of my friends, which he has bought new for a media player but could not use it as the device supports only 2.5" HDD.

Any recommendations for video capture card??!!
