help me in buying graphic card

i have 440 w psu.
So i can not go for high amd graphic card.
i don't want Nvidia card as they are less powerful than amd card in same price range.
i am confused about amd 5670 and 6670.
I know 6670 is more powerful than 5670.
But what about these fact , PassMark Software - Video Card Benchmarks - Video Card Look Up
kindly help me as there is 1k difference between 5570 and 6670 ddr3
Also 5670 ddr5 and 6670 ddr3 are of almost same price
Is it worth to go for ddr5 instead of ddr3 for 1k

i have 400w graphic card (sorry for misprinting 440w)
its local one. I didn't pay attention on it at that time.

computer configuration is

1. AMD Athlon II X4 635 Processor 2.9 GHz (7.2 score in window 7)
2. 4.00 GB ram ddr3 (7.2 score in window 7)
3. ATI Radeon 3000 Graphics ( it is inbuilt in mother board)
4. Asus M5A78L-MLE mother board ddr3
5. 400 W PSU (i think its local one)
6. monitor resolution 1600 x 900

with above configuration i recently completed mass effect 3 with 15- 20 fps

Also plz throw light on, PassMark Software - Video Card Benchmarks - Video Card Look Up
why amd 5670 is higher than amd 6670 in above list

yeah budget is restricted to 5k mainly due to poor psu
i am ready for online shopping but i always get cheaper rate in market

HD 5670 1GB DDR5 is best option for 4.7k
and
HD 6670 1GB DDR5 is best option for 5.4k.

And its really worth spending the extra 400 bucks for HD 6670 1GB DDR5.

Systhetic benchmarks don't always represent real world results, better look for gaming benchmarks, and you should replace that psu with a corsair cx430v2.

I opened my cpu to know about the psu.
It is Necola NPS-1004ST (450 W)
I think it's local one
I bought my whole cabinet (with psu) for .65k (2 years ago)

I want amd 5670 ddr5 .

1. Should i go for new psu .
2. Suggest me some good online shopping site for graphic card ( I know about flipkart only)
3. which is the good company for 5670 ddr5 (i.e for reasonable price)

1. You'll need new PSU. Get Corsair CX430V2 @2.5k from here.

2. MDComputers, PrimeABGB, TheITWares.

3. Get Sapphire HD6670 1GB GDDR5 @5.3k from here or HIS IceQ HD5670 1GB GDDR5 @4.7k from here. Your choice.

I am not getting 5670 and 6670 ddr5 from dehradun market.
Here powercolour 6670 2gb ddr3 is available for 5.7k (which is 5.2 k in flipkart)
So online shopping is the only choice

1. 5670 ddr5 is more powerful than 6670 2gb ddr3.
Am I right?
Then why 6670 2gb ddr3 is .5k costly than 5670 ddr5.

2. Will flipkart's person will install 5670 ddr5 on my cpu ?
I don't know how to install graphic card

If you are going for either of HD 6670 or HD 5670 and don't have plant to upgrade to a powerful Graphics card any time sooner, then you can go for Antec BP300 PSU @ 1.8K

power consumption of 7750 is 6w less than 5670.
Then why 7750 require more power than 5670 ?

HD7750 indeed consumes less power and is enough to run on decent local psus ie depening on config at-least 16A on +12V rail :
