My PC's current configuration is
AMD Phenom X6 1090T black edition 3.2GHz
ASUS M4A88TD-M EVO Motherboard with integrated HD 4250 Graphics
4 GB Kingston RAM DDR3 1333MHz

I want the best Graphics Card that will suit this configuration.
My budget is INR 8000 or $150.
Please suggest a graphics card within this budget.
And please tell me is there any way to connect GPU with onboard graphics via crossfire?

I have zebronics 400W PSU, got two fans, this Power supply unit, one for sucking in air and one for taking it out.
I don't know the exact model number.
Additionaly the cabinet has got two more fans which are connected to PSU.
I am not sure about overall power consumption.
Please suggest me a GPU which have low power consumption or atmost that muchpower which PSU can provide, and the price must fall within Rs8000 to Rs 8500 max.

@Yugal Hinduja, welcome to TDF...

You need to get a new PSU before going for an upgrade..
And regarding crossfire, u can't do it unless both the GPU are same(i'e, 6970 x 6970 or 6950 x 6950)

^^ Arey Megamind that's wrong info regarding CF. CF can be done between the same series of GPU. So HD 6970-6950 or HD 6870-6850 will work.

Yugal, the thing you're referring is called Hybrid Crossfire where you can use a dedicated ATI GPU with your onboard HD 4250. But for this both he GPUs should be on the same league and it only works with very low end GPU like HD 5450 oe HD 4350 etc.

If you plug a powerful GPU the onboard GPU will be disabled.

2ndly Zebronics 400W PSU can't be used with a good Gfx card.

My suggestion will be MSI HD 6770 @ 6.8K + FSP SAGA II 500W @ 2.2K.

I knew 6850 & 6870 works, but 6970 & 6750?
6750/70 & 5750/70 can be CF'ed too... Right?

Edited my prev post. That was a Typo, I was referring to HD 6970 and HD 6950. Sam HD 6750/6770 can't be CFed with HD 6790 as they are not from the same series. HD 6750/70 are re-branded 5750/70, belongs to HD 5000 series whereas HD 6790 belongs to Northern Island series, based on BART architecture.

One final thing, Please clear my doubt.

I can buy FSP saga ii 500w, no problem, but i have a question.
I have zebronics platinum series 400w PSU, It cost me Rs2200, Its actual price they say is 1900. Can't it be used? If no, than it was my waste of money. A hard learned lesson.
Thankyou all for your suggestions.

Zebronics Platinum series PSUs are real bad. You'll be surprised to know that even the Zeb Platinum 700W PSU actually provide little less current in the 12V rail than that of Corsair VX450, a good 450W PSU. And their build quality is also very bad. Zebronics Platinum 400W was priced around 1.7K 1 years back and 2.2K was really high. Also they can't be used with any higher end card, anything over HD 5670.
So get the FSP SAGA II 500W PSU from theitwares.com at 2.2K.
