erm..i am going for the corsair vx550w...

i have a small confusion here....(i am a huge noob at gpu's)what is the difference between ati sapphire 5770 & msi...some people here were telling me to go for sapphire one..i don't understand whats the difference between asapphire & msi cards...
Buy Sapphire | Sapphire ATI Radeon HD 5770 1GB DDR5 | Buy PCI Express card | Buy Graphic card
Also my budget is about Rs 7500...not 7000

I think Sapphire has been suggested as their price are lower than the other brands. Also the baseline models of Sapphire cards have a little better custom Cooler design than the reference model cards from other brands. So if you are buying the baseline models, Sapphire is advisable.
Since your budget is 7.5K, you can go for the MSI Hawk version. In Kolkata it is available @ 7.5K. This baby is factory overclocked and has great custom PCB design which offers better cooling and more hard room for overclocking.

For PSU, go for Corsair GS 600 @ 4.1K

^^But CILUS the GS600 has poor build quality compared to VX550

I think OP should pick VX550 over GS600...

The build quality of GS series is also top notch, it is not at all poor. I've personally checked it. Only it comes with 3 Yrs of warranty where VX has 5 Yrs. It is more than enough to run Op's configuration and also provides room for future upgrades.

I won't call GS series as poor. They are reliable, but my preference will be VX550 over GS600.

Why?

GS600 = Chinese/Taiwanese capacitors, rated at 40 C, slightly worse ripple + voltage regulation, 3 year warranty
VX550 = Japanese capacitors, rated at 50 C, slightly better ripple + voltage regulation, 5 year warranty

and honestly, if Corsair is labeling GS600 as a 600w unit, they could have easily done the same with VX550 and labelled it as VX600.

My two cents. :)

Yes, the PSU comes with 6 pin connector.
There is no such difference between MSi and Sapphire cards.
If you want to stick with the base model of HD 5770, available @ 7 to 7.2K then get the Sapphire one as it is having better custom PCB design and offers better cooling compared to the reference model of MSI.
If yo wanna spend 7.5K then go for the MSI Hawk@ 7.5K as it offers far better custom PCB and cooler which will keep your card cool and more hardroom for further overclocking.

By the way, in Primeabgb GS600 is available @ 3.8K

^^their warranty most probably
and some design of their own

for example: sapphire is known for its vaporX series and arctic coolers
where as MSI is famous for its hawk, lightning series and twin frozers
