the camera is sparingly used. along with all accessories i am including a 2 gb memory card and a battery charger. the market costy is about rs 14000 i am offerinmg the camera for rs 10000.

I don't like senseless lowballing, but since you've quoted the market price, I feel I should clarify things so that it will not mislead potential buyers.

I bought a Canon A570IS twice (at different times) for friends in Mumbai six months ago. I paid Rs.8500/- for the camera including a 2GB card, four high-capacity NiMH batteries, a smart charger and a good quality camera case. It's a very good camera in its class.

Anything around 4.5-5.5k is a fair price for your camera, considering that it is in good condition.

thanks for the update guys rs 14000 was the cost when i got the camera in 01/2008 . used once on vacation condition definietly good . rs 9000 seems to be an average cost on several websites . i am reducing to rs 7000 cause i do not use regularly and do not want it to go to waste.
