Difference between Gtx 650ti 1gb and 2 gb

I wanna ask a question that really what is the main difference between 650ti gtx 1gb and 2 gb...?

i went to this site and they said the cards were similar so why the hell is the 2gb version expensive and what is the main difference between the two....?

2gb is very much helpful in carrying huge chunk of graphics data which the modern games require. Upcoming games are highly graphics hungry so 2gb much more futureproof.

2GB version is expensive than the 1 GB model because the version have twice the memory of the 1 GB version. There are certain games which uses more than 1 GB of memory at a time. Also if high level of Anisotrophic Filtering (AF) and Antialiasing (AA), the demand for Graphics memory increases. So the 2 GB version will perform slightly better than the 1 GB version in these kind of senarios.

the amount of gfx memory also depends on the resolution you'll be playing at.

Regardless, for any 128bit card, 2GB vs 1GB creates minor variations in performance..
If it were HD 7850 2GB vs 1 GB, there would be a lot more performance difference
