Right off the assembly line
Please Check this config I have planned, let me know if sounds correct. Budget around 25 K.
What is needed:
I needed a quad core atleast, but depends on the price, I think 955 is better as its going at 3.2GHz..Do let me know if you know any better ones and corrections. Regarding the Chipset, I have shortlisted 3 but wanted to make sure I can make most of the processors feature. Also should support SSD(HDD) and DX10.1. help me choose one, also need to see if we can get one that supports DDR3@1600MHz. and the SMPS, help me make sure I have chosen the correct voltage, also I will be using RAID so, will it have sufficient Cables.

AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition(3.2GHz, 2M , 6 M, AM3 Socket(DDR3) Price (7.8K)
OR AMD 1055T (2.8GH, 3M, 6M AM3) Price(10K)

Chips-
AMD 880G(Supports AM3 socket, SSD, DX10.1)Price (7K)

4GB DDR3 kingston Price(5150)

I would be using 2 250's in RAID 1.
2x Segate 7200 RPM SATA Price(1640)

I found most prices using a web servey, from Bangalore Warehouse and SP road website.. please help me find the correct prices.
I would be getting a CPU only for now, I have a good screen, DVD and others already. Also, please suggested a GPU

@Maheshp - U sure abt tht pricing of Phenom II X4 955?Coz in most of the websites its at arnd 8-8.5k!!

Shopkeeper first said 8.9.
Then i said i have a bro in mumbai who'd get it for me at 8.0 (clearly, i was lying!).
That shook Shopkeeper up and he said he could manage at 8.0k.
I faked a call a cal in front of him and lo !...
So long looser.

Anyways,this is an awesum advice and 1 should try this befor buying anything.

^^ thanks. really nice trick there. i got my APC 550VA UPS for 1900 by saying a friend took one for 1850 a month ago. was quoted 2.1k.

If you are getting a graphics cards anyways, you can also get a good ATX motherboard without onboard gfx with all latest features like USB 3.0, SATA 6Gbps. etc.
