Continuous BSOD every 20 min

Hi all,

This is a issue for my friend. He is having Dell Alienware 15x. His laptop experiencing continuous BSOD every 20 min. I have attached 2 screenshots which he sent me please help.

Where are the screenshots ?

instead of screenshot upload the minidump folder. screenshot won't help in case of BSOD.

check if a minidump folder exist inside the Windows directory. Either zip the minidump folder, upload it to some file sharing site and post the link here or you may use WhoCrashed to analyze the minidump files (it'll do it easily) and check what it shows.

Hey , sam do you know how to retrieve the Dump file/folder if the windows is getting crashed at startup , I.E , right after it Windows7 animation , it displays a BSOD , for a flick of second. Everytime.
Its happening in safe mode too. I am not considering the option to reinstall at the moment , if there is an alternative to it.

check for overheating, bad sectors on HDD and bad memory modules and if possible tell your friend to reinstall a fresh copy ( fromat OS partition and install/restore ) of the OS.
