It has to be "The maximum size of your custom image is 120 by 120 pixels or 32.0 KB".
Open the picture in "Microsoft picture manager" - Select Picture tab > Resize OR use Compress (and select email messages).
If you're proficient in Photoshop, lower the canvas size to 120 x 120
