There is nothing like "the best" one. A combination of different tools make a lethal combo. I recommend Tune-up utilities, Registry Mechanic and WinXP Manager.

I have Just Plain XP SP2 instllaed and ZERO System softwares and dont want to clog my registry with unwanted software insttlation / unist/

I want to use freewares only as I have No money buying all the stuff
