best GPU for around INR 25k

I need a graphic card that would run BF3 and coming GTA5 on ultra settings
for following system-
Motherboard- intel desktop DH67BL
CPU- Intel core i5 2500k
RAM- Transcend DDR3 1333 4gb
PSU- Corsair GS500
Monitor resolution- 1080p

7950 fits the budget, but if budget can be extended, take the 7970.

Get Gigabyte GTX 670, nothing comes close to this Green beast @ 25k. 2nd Best option is HD 7950 which is slower than GTX 670 even with latest catalyst updates.

Hey guys I just went to local dealer here, is this a good deal?
Zotac GTX 660 Ti = Rs. 20,500/-
SApphire Radeon 7950 = Rs. 22,700/-
Nvidia GTX 670 = Rs. 27,500/-
and for other brands the price may fluctuate by Rs.500-1000

i think 7950 is a better option if you can't spend more than 25k but if you are ready to go for 670 then believe me going for 7970 by spending 1 or 2k more will worth each penny you spent.
