GAMING IS NOT A CRIME
First of all let me thank you all who helped me to get my PSU warranty.
Story yeah, a small story in fact.
I decided to move on from generic PSU as it showed some issues and more over I was planning to get a new GPU.
So as usual I started a thread here and got finalised in Antec VP450P.
At that time snap deal had the low price, so gone with them. Ordered and got the item fast.
Was working fine for about 4 months. After that one morning, when I turned on pc, it won't. I tried again and again. Tried with my friends PSU, and the pc turns on. I was like , bought a reliable branded PSU and ended up like this..!!
Called snapdeal and they said, as 30 days is over, I can't return to snapdeal. They are helpless. Started searching service centers for Antec here in Kerala. From their Indian website, got some numbers. Tried calling them. Out of 10 there are only 5 numbers are working/informative. Guys who took the phone answered, they are only giving warranty/service to whom who have purchased from their shop.
One of friends said, he can get it repaired from his place. So I've sent PSU to him. But after some days he called me and said, there is no hope. He can't get it serviced due to some reason. Atlast, I decided to contact the seller on Snap deal. Seller was CORE TECH SOLUTIONS, delhi.
Called them several times. They said " sent mail to this e-mail, we will look" So I said okay, and sent the mail.
No response for 2 days. Again called them, the previous dialogue continues. The problem is when ever I call, different people are picking up the phone.
Fed up with this, some where in this forum, I mentioned my bad experience with ANTEC. Seeing that some friends here, PM'd me giving some numbers of regional managers. Thanks to that friend. Don't remember his name. I strated whatsapp'ing them. South manager, gave me chennai manger number telling that you contact this number. He gave me another number, telling to contact him...etc.. after 3 or 4 guys, I've ended up in this guy called Harpeet Sing Batia. The head of manager or something of Antec. He was kind enough to guide me through all the process. He told me courier the PSU to the seller. Till that time, core tech solutions said blah blah, and when I told them, I had a word with MR. Harpeetsingh, they told me to sent the product to them and they will check it out.
I thought, all problems are over. My friend couriered it through "Track on" courier. Which was cheap. 200rs from kerala to Delhi. Tracking was active, 4 days later it shows it has reached Delhi. I've contacted CORE TECH, they said, they didn't received any packages. I've contacted TRACK ON delhi, they are saying it has been delivered and the proof is in the site. I checked the proof. There is a sign and a number. When I contacted the number, guy on the other end was talking in Hindi. I don't know hindi. I've told him to talk in English. But no use. Core tech continued to tell me that there were no packages got in their inventory. IMAGINE my situation. Am in Kerala, sent psu to delhi. Courier is saying delivered, receiver saying they didn't got it.
After wasting limitless amount of money for phone calls, those Bullsh**s in Trackon courier said that the product is not delivered/delivered to wrong address. Think if they are not delivered, how come there is a signature and a number there in the proof.
So after 15 days of struggle, the product got delivered into CORE TECH and Harpeet singh came and collected the item. And surprisingly gave me replacement. I thought they will repair it or something. But now it is on his way to me.

edit : customer is supposed to get good experience as a rule not as an exception.your experience regarding antec rma was nothing but bad & it is only because of members here that you were able to get replacement,no need to thank anyone else.I have edited the thread title to reflect this.
