Android phone for 8k-12k

Was checking out Motorola defy plus, htc desire c, wildfire s, and explorer. Which one to go for ?

pick from Defy Plus, Live with Walkman or Huawei IDEOS X5 Pro. Skip rest.

all of those phone are overpriced except explorer and are also underpowered...... instead of choosing this way tell us you're requirement and prefernce

^ Here goes the requirements:
1. Too much texting.
2. Too much app usage.
3. No lagging in apps, games.
4. 3 MP- 5 MP camera with LED flash if possible.
5. Videos should play flawlessly.
6. Touch screen should be a nice one.
7. Call clarity.

No rooting or superuser stuff would be done on this mobile for now. It might be rooted in future.
