Then join that course. Mass media is a nice course and lots of chances for interactive projects and all, in groups. Gives better chances for both of you to have fun alone, than CS. And mass media is anyways more fun than computers.

@ Voldy, nothing can be done if they are blocked from the server... you can try a linux CD and use proxy... but I highly doubt it will work.

I beleive there's some restrictions on tor by freenode, not sure of it though.
