this is for another friend. he is already having the computer with those configs. So no change will be done. You are suggesting a processor while i have asked for GPU & PSU WITHIN 10K  for GAMING & AUTOCAD

7770 is not a wise choice ( a bad choice actually) for 1080p gaming. Especially for games like crysis 3, it is seriously underpowered and not a future proof card.
Minimum 2gb vram should be considered. I suggest to wait for cards like 650-ti boost. They are faster than 7850.

If not, then grab the 7850 2gb atleast. Also wait for 6300 as cilus suggested as it will lower the overall budget.

Yes 7850 2gb is the bare minimum nowadays OP can consider 7790 too in that budget much (over all) better than 7770 and based on GCN architecture.

+1 ^

@op go with intel rig over amd as you will save 3k extra for amd mobo which can be invested in better gpu like gtx 650ti,hd 7790 or hd 7850.

hd 7770 is not good choice for 1080p

For 1080p nothing less than a GTX660 will do honestly, let alone Crysis3, any 2012 game onward with minimum decent eye candy on,you would require a GTX660 and up.

And 2 GB Video Ram is going to be another necessity.
