hey friends i wanted to know which is the best freeware firewall....all these days i was using zonealarm...but dont know why my broadband speed gets decreased when i launch zonealarm...so please let me know which is the best firewall to be used which will not hamper my net speed.

is there any way by which i can edit firewall rules decided by me? mc afee has this facility but not zonealarm. if i accidently block any application using privilaged resources and tick "remember this setting" then how to unblock it?
