I reinstalled my XP. My Linux boot loader GRUB is not found now. How to recover it?

Hi friends, I am a user of SUSE 9.1 professional.I have 3 OS's on my system.Whenever my xp crashes and i have to reinstall,my linux boot loader is replaced and i cant boot into linux. Is there any way to get the boot loader back without reinstalling linux?? Please reply soon....

i successfully installed mandrake 10.1 on a 15gb partition of my 80 gb hard disk(having win xp on other main partition)...i problem is that i accidently skipped the step of installing boot loader ad now iam unable to boot into mandrake...wat shud i do?? also is it necessary to install the boot...
