I have a Desktop with an old rig of P4. Things were fine till the time i started the downloads at night(Cant say if the prob existed earlier but came to notice after the downloads). I switch off the monitor at night so that possible energy can be saved but in the morning when i press the monitor...

Like whats the difference between mp3,aac and flac,which is the best.What will happen if i change the bitrate to high.

it is seen that when we single click on a file(that is not a folder)the size is displayed on the left hand side bar..but when similar thing is done with a folder it does not happen..is there any way to do it??:-|

I've been having this problem for quite sometime and I can't figure out why this is happening. On Fedora and Dreamlinux, the clock gets set to some time and I've to manually change the time all the time. This doesn't happen when I'm in OpenSuSE. The problem is, this time is set to the hardware...

We have one site related to indian content with moderate vistor but when i was logging into the site the adsense of this was like this 169 16 10.56% $0.24 $0.04 16 clicks and 0.04 dollars... how can this happen... we have blocked around 15 sites now...still...no progress...

Hey, I was trying to conect two computers through lan bt i don't knw what the prob was it wasn't showing the other computer. Ping results were also succesful. EVerything was fine bt it did nt happen only. here is a screenshot of an error poof

My computer freezes when connected to internet. This happens occassionaly and then there is no other option other than manually restart it. But then too system shows difficulty to boot in. I searched the machine with BitDefender and Spybot and there are no threats detected. Any idea why this...

Whenever I visit a site, IE closes suddenly without any warning. It does happen with a particular site and occurs randomly.

When ever i bootup,or log in to my desktop , my screen goes black for about 20 seconds and then it reappears.Is it normal. WIth vista basic it does happen, but all i have seen is the screen blinks for 3-5 seconds. I use inspiron 1420 with ultrasharp truelife screen.
