How to reinstall grub bootloader for Ubuntu 5.04.I tried chroot /mnt/sysimage it gives an error.

after i have installed red hat enterprise edition .the computer reboots and says GRUB LOADING STAGE 2 AND BECOMES do nothing what i should do plz help me.
