Hi friends just want to kno some detail about NTFS partition and FAT32 partion. Please tel me wich is Best type and WHY? And Also wat's the difference between them.

i have xp and 98 both on c: with fat32 partition and another 20 gb is captured by ntfs partition ! but i want to view my ntfs aprtition files in 98 . how do i do it ? is there any software ? or i have to format the drive with fat32 ?
