256mb

Hi, I installed 256MB Ram in my Computer, and System information shows Total physical memory exactly 256MB, but Available Physical Memory is only shows 60MB!!. I am using windows XP, if it is a virus how can remove it?. I scanned with AVG Freeware edition(Updated), but nothing found.
