You can try Microtek 850 VA with 135 AH. It will cost you 20, 000 with installation. You can ask your local electrician. he will help you out. They will charge little bit more because they will take commssion.

Tubular batteries are very heavy. nearly 40 KG. we will not be able to lift them. So you should buy only with some assistance.

which is better Microtek 850 VA with 135 AH or Luminous 850 VA with 135 AH ???

Also what is the difference between 850 VA with 135 AH and 1400 VA with 135 AH

I purchased Microtek last month and it went out od order within 5 days. Huge sound followed by smells.

Circuit board RMA'ed by engineers and I have to wait for 10 days.

Then I think Luminous is better choice

rst - Please note all that inverters will have problems. Microtek has wide service network. You can also check SU-KAM.

I have a Microtek inverter from my childhood days (~10yrs), and no issue till date.

@rst- Why only pure sine wave ?

@rst- Why only pure sine wave ?

Latest inverters are pure sine wave.
these inverter are more efficient than square wave inverter
Also square wave inverter could be harmful for some electrical equipment

The chances of crashes in computers, glitches and noise in the monitors and unreadable print outs are minimized by
pure sine wave inverter

square wave Inverters are made for home appliances like TV, FAN, Light etc…(which are not as sensitive as computers)
Square inverter could be harmful for computers, digital clocks, battery chargers, light dimmers

We use UPS for computers (which produces exact sine wave via microprocessors)
So sine wave inverters are better for computers than square wave Inverters

Can I connect CRT TV with stabilizer to Inverter and use them during power cuts?

I hope you will have an idea since you are using inverter for last 10 years.

For 1400 VA you require two tubular batteries which will be costly. 850 requires one battery and is suitable for home. For office, I think 1400 is required to power all equipments.

can we use 1400 VA inverter with one 150 AH battery

From possibility point of view, of course you can; but why do you need? Stabilizers are needed to step up the voltage, which apparently is never a problem with inverters.

I have a 800VA Microtek inverter, with normal usage of 3 rooms' basics (fans+lights, all CFL, sometimes tubelight also), and daily TV dose of ~2hrs. Light cut duration is min 6 hrs.

I don't think you can use one battery. Better you ask your local electrician or any electrical shop?

Do you mean that I need not have to use voltage stabilizer with CRT TV if I plugin TV to Inverter backup system.
