Vodafone behaving like a cheater, I can download youtube videos using IDM but with no resume support. Actually it's happening with all streaming media sites with Vodafone 2G Connection. (I've tested with Reliance, Everything is OK) Can anyone tell me any tricks, tweaks.?

Isn't the VIDEO RESUMING option, is a characteristic of the respective content-hosting site?

Legend Never Ends
I've never seen resume on a YouTube video even on my BSNL broadband line.

Even if there was resume; if I'd keep it paused say for 6 hours and resume it wouldn't work.

See if downloading via keepvid.com has the resume button (I don't think it will though)

Using IDM i can download paused streaming videos even after 1-2 days..(But not with Vodafone connection,- probably they've disabled this feature on their server) Just click on refresh download link of any videos that was paused before 6 hrs, IDM will automatically grab the link & download will start from that point.
Anyway i'm now downloading videos using keepvid. But it doesn't support various streaming sites.

With IDM its possible to resume downloads even if the download provider doesnt support it..
Have you set up the connection properly ?

APN is Ok.
There's no such option that can make idm to download videos with no resume support. I can download other files even .flv from mediafire with no such hassle.
