Yesterday I received a mail from one of my orkut friends. A link to see some photos. I am usually careful about clicking on links in meial but this mail came from my friend (I thought so) and it was pointing at orkut. I clicked on it. It redirected me to orkut page. I logged into orkut and saw my homepage. There was nothing special. I immediately realised my mistake and deleted that email.
NOt unitil today did I realise the consequences of my action. Today I was not able to log into my gmail. I was shocked. Later in the day I learnt a mail was sent from my mailID - the same orkut mail to see some photos. I stopped that person from logging in.
This is a disaster for me.
I have reported this to Google, but they say it will take 24 hrs.
I am posting this just to warn all of you.
