Windows Update Service and other services are not running?????????Need help

Even I would say, do a repair first(it would save you a lot of time if its successful).
Otherwise the re-install option is always there as a fallback.

Will do the repair now and if it fails will do complete install. will post the results after doing that.

Guys, Thanks for your Amazing Help . Repair option didnt work , so Installed a Fresh Windows 7 Ultimate and now its working fine. The BITS and Windows update service is running and some games which wont run before is running now..... Thanks Guys ...
