Why the 2nd Disc makes more noise?

I have 2 CDs, each Ubuntu 10.04 burnt on it. The problem is when I insert CD 1 then it installs very easily but in CD2’s turn it takes more time, MAKES MORE NOISE, and has difficulty to copy files. Why it makes noise, choose appropriate option below:
o CD 1 is written at low speed and CD 2 at faster
o CD1 is written at faster speed and CD2 at slower
o My DVD/RW is damaged
o I am an idiot to ask this question!
I used Nero 6.0 to burn above CDs.

It's hard to say for sure, but it could be one or more of the following:

1. Disc 2 is dirty - maybe not obviously, but greasy fingerprints and small scratches can cause writing and reading problems.

2. The disc is mechanically deformed and unbalanced. This could cause the noise.

3. The coating has a manufacturing defect.

4. The arrangement of files may not be optimal, causing a lot of shuffling.

My DVD/RW is damaged

No way, as if it is true, then 1st disk would have created same problem. Only problem could lie behind the fact that your 2nd disk is in bad condition (i.e. scratched or deformed or dirty).
