Which partition manager works best and free?

I want to resize partition of my laptop. Could anyone tell me which one works best? Is it free? I can accept it if it's not too expensive. Many thanks.

Easeus is easy to use, non-destructive and you can use through Windows. Although the actual partitioning is done after a reboot without booting into Windows.

Yes, i agree with skud, easus home partition manager is good and free. I have tried and it works well without damaging sys file.

I too use Easeus. The free version can do resizing.

Easeus-- it givs u a preview of the changes u r gonna make in ur hard drive before u actually do it. And its eally easy to use. It also shows ext partitions of linux.

Partition Wizard is free and simple to use

Use the windows built in disk management.
Right click My computer>>Manage>>Disk Management
