See this review. I think 4670 is 10-15% more faster :

Yes, but HD4670 price 5.5k, actually 5.8k, HD4650 4.4k, which one makes more sense?

BTW I saw Times Classifieds AD,
BenQ 22" FULL HD @ 11k
BenQ 19" FULL HD @ 7k

Check latest prices.

Palit HD4670 512MB DDR3 super is only Rs. 5250
&
Palit HD 4650 512MB DDR3 Super is Rs. 4850

So I think it's better to get HD4670.

Hmm, nice, HD4670 features in an HD4650.

That makes a costly HD4670 useless cuz HD4650 is Overclock able, a lot that too.

Palit HD4650 sonic 512MB DDR3 is Rs. 4350
&
Sapphire HD4650 512MB DDR3 is Rs. 4400

So I think the prices are almost same ( but if you call that Rs.50 is less then it is :p )

hi dude,

read so many suggestions , but better go for ATI's HD 4670 (either MSI or SAPPHIRE).

I researched alot. this will easily work on your 350 W PSU.

I am assuming you have local PSU and worst of them will give you 60% efficiency , so total power is around 210 W.

And under full load 4670 consume 70 W (which happens in few sequences of games) , so still you can easily run this card on your 350 W PSU.

Dont waste money on 4650 , as by adding Rs 600 you can get much superior card than that of 4650.

So i vote for MSI HD 4670 512 MB (SPL NOTE : Dont go for 1 GB version as GDDR3 speed is low in those).

U have two options still:

HD4670 DDR3 - - Rs. 5200
HD4650 DDR3- - Rs. 4400 (It's DDR3, not a typo)

The difference is Rs. 800, so you can think it again, and this HD4650 has DDR3, performing the same as a HD4670, only the CORE speed is lesser, which can easily be achieved by an easy Overclock.

THink again!

That's not right buddy. The mem clock is also slower in HD4650. Check this :

Sapphire HD4650 with DDR3

Core Clock: 600 MHz
Memory Clock: 700MHz

But Sapphire HD4670 is clocked at :

Core Clock: 750 MHz
Memory Clock: 1000MHz

As for ocing I don't think a 150Mhz increament in core clock & a 300Mhz increament in mem clock will be a good thing as it will produce a lot of heat & the mem OC may not stable.Coz the manufacturer may have used different memory chips on HD4650 and HD4670.

So I think it will be better to get HD4670 instead as it's the only best powerful card cosidering which does not require a extra power adaptor.
