when i use a particular soft mu mouse right click gets disabled

^Did you tried editing registry?

Create a DWORD value named "NoViewContextMenu" under "HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer" with values 0/1 (Enable/disable). Do same thing in local machine if this doesn't works.
