I've attached a screenshot of a software, located on the 5th from the right or 3rd from the left. It's the green thing with a lock

I don't know what it is I haven't installed it. I ran the mouse over it, but it doesn't show the name.

Please help

But this wasn't visible yesterday, but it was visible on Wednesday & today.

I dont know about it being visible and invisible but its completely harmless.Moreover, its necessary for your graphics performance.

that's intel graphics accelerator, your inbuilt intel graphics driver, probably the 915/945G...

It's the green thing with a lock

this contradicts the description you mentioned previously, as intel icon is the blue one like a monitor, it's not green and it doesn't have any lock..

Click or Right click on it to find out..also check task manager for any suspicious process

Yes, instead of cropping all of the taskbar icons you could have just cropped that particular icon to avoid confusion...
