Very slow BSNL night unlimited broadband speed?

Hi, i've been using BSNL 500 home plan since feb 2008, i used to get decent download speeds ranging frm 100kbps to even 200kbps normally
But since the start of Oct 2009, my download speed has been reduced to 10 to 20kbps and i'm unable to find any reason.
What could be the reason behind this..? Is this problem from the BSNL end..plz help

Try TuneUp Utilities to optmize ur connection.

Use TCP/IP Patcher(I dont know shud I discuss about this here or not)

Use SG TCP Optimizer.

And before all this scan ur PC with ny updated AV's(I recommend AVG), coz viruses may b the reason for slow net speed.

Also scan ur PC with Malwarebytes and ComboFix.

yeah such issues are probably the result of a virus
try scanning ur pc and see if there is any virus
try what sarkar told and u may also boost speed using half-open software set the limit to 100
google fo rit
