ups +air cooler suggestion

i dont need much backup in hrs but ups should hold for atleast 15 mins.
Here are my specs:-
core i7 920,(will overclock )
gigabyte ex 58 extreme
corsair 1000hx,
corsair 3x 2gb dominator
xfx gtx 9800 gtx+(will buy msi gtx 580 twin frozr ii next week may do a sli later so a little future proof)
coolermaster atcs 840 with all fans
24" dell led monitor,(led consumes less than lcd i think)

(can be swapped for three 120 mm fans)

Bottom: 120 x 25 mm (optional)
HDD Module: 120 mm fan x 2 (optional)
External Air Duct: 120 mm fan x 1 (optional)
(will add 4 x delta fans high speed ones more)

a good ups with price my current one cant keep up.
good air or sealed water cooler (like corsair h70).

Noctua NH-D14 - 4.8K

I think the best price-performance ratio is given by Cooler Master Hyper 212+>
It costs 1.9k I think and still stays within 7-8 degrees of the Noctua NH-D14.

Don't get me wrong. The NH D14 is much better than the CM Hyper but at almost thrice the price.
