I don't think there is much choice for 30-40GB SSDs.

Do you need a UPS as well?

Also please specify your exact budget as a config for 65k would be totally different than one for 80k.

Thanks for the reply :)
Yeah the budget is 70k and I'll get the mouse keyboard and speakers later for the rest 10k.
And I see your current suggestion is well excess of that.
I was looking at the Gigabyte Z77X-UD3H ans the AsRock Z77 extreme4.
Both are 12k ish.

Why So Serious ???
Dont go for ASRock if you are thinking about overclocking. You'll need to put in more than 10k in mobo if you want safety of your components along with good OC results.
30GB of SSD is actually useless. Your windows installation itself will take 25 GB of it after installing updates / additional softwares, etc. (plus game saves/profiles).

Here are my recommendations -
1. Go for 60GB SSD if you can
2. This below suggested RIG will get you your keyboard/mouse and speaker as well.
3. Prices are indicative, you might get this rig in around 2k less if you do search for components in all available shops (online / locally).

Suggested 2600K simply because it can be accommodated in the budget. And in my personal opinion, current price tag of 3570K (@15K) is way too high for a non-HT processor.
Ivy bridge is just same as Sandy bridge, but with reduced overclocking capability. Don't fell into the gimmick of PCI-E3.0 associated with IB. It is nothing but a marketing tactic.
Again, 60GB SSD is the bare minimum.

Now, total budget comes to 76K, whereas max budget is 80K.
So, the rest 4K should be utilized in a way which seems to be best for OP.
Some options are:
1. Suggested hassis could be upgraded to Corsair 400R @4.7K
2. Suggested motherboard could be upgraded to Asus P8Z77-V @15K
3. Sugget SSD could be upgraded to any good 120GB SSD.
etc. etc.

Remember all these upgrades are optional.

The above config is really good and pretty much balanced. But Right now 120 GB SSD are available around 6K-7K range. So my suggestion will be get one of those. That can be achieved by going for Intel 3470K and Gigabyte G1 Sniper M3 (11.2K) motherboard.

BMG ftw!!
And I don't think it will have any effect on the current price of processors.

I am the night...I am...
Haswell is launching only for ARMs.
And I don't think it will have any effect on the current price of processors.

I don't seem to make out any sense from the bold part. Haswell is intel's next gen micro-architecture and is x86. How can it launch for ARM?

And probably, there will be a significant performance increment from sandybridge.

am not too hopeful of improvement in performance part....they need to step up in terms of igpu...annnd they are running out of die space gradually....

i see no credible links?
the news is Intel will "HIGHLIGHT" not launch....

all are saying either unveiled or showcased...
and frankly i think we are going to see chips which are more Pansie than SB..and low power footprint...and most probably will cost u ur firstborn...
nothing new :p
