^$hadow, Vyom.. BTW what's your budget?

Well mate it is not for me. My cousin is confused on this and he just bought a 2013 nexus 7 after a week of comparisons. Now that has made look my nexus 7 screen bad. The display on new nexus 7 is fab.

Re: Tablet Buying Guide

Google Play is not supported in HDX but sideloading is there for apps.
now my only concern is the blue tint around the edges in HDX

Has you used it?? Coz I haven't yet seen any one with this tab so just a question out of curiosity.

Flipkart offers best rates.
Also check local mkts for service centre refurbished, demo units if you are comfortable.
I got nexus 7 32gb @7500 INR. with 8-9 months warranty left. Its unused piece but the battery was dead on arrival so asus service centre replaced it.

It updates automatically when you are connected to net. First 4.3 around 180 MB and latter 4.4 somewhere around 195 MB

You can book Qinda magnetic flipcase from aliexpress.com @ 8 dollar.
I ordered one with hongkong post shipping for which they charge 2.1 dollar extra & was charged 627 INR service charge & currency conversion charge extra. The same flipcase retails@ 1250 here.

Where can I get Xolo Play Tegra note for the least price?
And is it better in all terms than Micromax Canvas Tab?

Re: Tablet Buying Guide

Guys, has anyone of you heard of the Croma CRXT1131 7.85" Tablet.? Its something that the Croma store has come up with. It seems like a nice tab with a decent 7.8 inch screen size.

Key Features:
7.85 inch HD IPS Touchscreen
Quad Core, 1.2 GHz Processor
Android v4.2.2 (Jelly Bean) OS
5 MP Rear Camera with VGA Front Camera

Re: Tablet Buying Guide

I am trying to finalize a budget android tablet between iBall slide 3g 7271 (the older single SIM version, around 7.5K), Micromax P410, Karbonn TA39, and Xolo Q800.
My requirements are SIM support, 3G (on SIM, not dongle), USB port (the plug-in one, not OTG), Wi-fi, Bluetooth. Anything else would be an add-on bonus.

Which of the above 4 do u think would be better? I also looked at Lava Connect+, but the feedback from the stores as well as sites was not encouraging in terms if issues as well as support, so dropped it from my list.

Re: Tablet Buying Guide

@Sam -hope ur good, after a gap back to the master for advice.
Now coming to the point How good is Apple 16GB iPad Mini with Wi-Fi exchange offer ?
n I have a Explorer and Micromax Funbook P300.
I would like to exchange my Micromax Funbook 300 as they are offering rs5000.
whats ur take on it ? n how old is the apple stuff(in years, as basically they sell outdated products in India)?
Will it be a value for money?
