Suggest a budget desktop pc for rs 20k

GUYS I WANT TO BUILD UP A BUDGET PC IN A BUDGET STRICTLY WITHIN 20K FOR ONE OF MY FRIEND

USES:

1. basic computing
2. casual gaming
3. simple coding
4. watching atleast 720p res movies
5. listen high quality music (already have altec lansing 5.1 subwoofer system)

NOTE:

plz include monitor too......

guys its really urgent

specially need suggestions frm jaskanwar, cilus, vickybat & ico.

dude, few weeks ago I too posted the same question and was suggested a configuration. I m giving you the link to this.
I upgraded my pc. I changed, cpu, mothrbrd and ram.... all for just Rs 7000

My old pc was dual core based. I sold old mobo, cpu and ram for 4000. So I just spent 3000 extra.
And I can play HD videos, game, and much much more.
Look here...

I bought the ico suggested config.

For a better processor, you can choose the amd athon 2 x4 640 @ 4.6k instead of x3 440. X4 640 is a quad core procesor.
