Problemo with Booting

I can't boot anything other than a FEDORA based DVD or CD or Vista.

Error messages:

Linux:

.Can't access tty; job control turned off.
.Can't file file $$$$$

Windows:

'The blue screen'

pci.sys base at 0x0000000f ..........

Any ideas????

Make ur Disk slave to some other computer.
Do a full format of ur C:\drive from there.
Plug ur HD back to ur PC. and Try again.
I am not 100% sure though.
Do at ur own risk. :d .
Anyone else having some idea?

do you have a new computer OR it happened as a result of something....some h/w changes etc.
pls mention your system config. too

Run a memtest and check hard disk cables. Also, run file system checks in both linux and windows.
