I've recently purchased a Sony NWZ-B142f Walkman Mp3 Player. But when I try to transfer music, it hangs very often and windows shows an error- "not accessible because of an I/O device error". After this error, nothing can be done with it.
Though when I use it after a format, it works for first time, but when I connect again, it hangs after 10-15 seconds. When I see the device properties, it shows 0 bytes of storage.
I also tried it in other computers, but the problem is still there.
If there is no solution, will the company replace it?
