product keys come on a sticker, they are generally stuck on inside walls of the box or on the manual cover you find inside the box. and u may also try mailing the distributors of the pack (see the cover for details). they will ask for receipt, if they decide to give u a replacement.

where were the keys for other 2 games ? printed manuals don't always come with games, in those cases the product key sticker comes on the included leaflet or paper cover of the disc etc. was the box seal packed when u received it ? and they gave you a valid purchase invoice, right ?

@icebags: don't say this. They delivered it after one week. Replacement will take 2 weeks. But why they didn't give key ? Will it be printed on DVD cover? And replacement won't be possible as I am back in hostel.
