Bought Soundmagic PL 11 from ebay pristinenote @ 580/-

I had read so many good comments about it in this forum, thats why I selected it.So I expected a lot but I feel its not better than ep 630.I dont hear any thumping bass as everyone said.EP 630's bass is much deeper.Also in clarity wise its not ahead of EP 630.I had bought an EP 830 earlier, which was really an upgrade in clarity wise.But PL 11 is not better than EP 630 thats my first impression.

Forgive me for butting in...

I have been eyeing the Brainwavz M2 for quite sometime.:oops:

I can get one from MP4Nation at around 2.7K Shipped:mrgreen:...However,PristineNote maintains that they will be asking around 3.3K for M2.:shock::shock:

I am confused.:-? Where to buy from? Pros n cons of either? Is warranty an issue here?

Capacitive keys (back and menu) keys not working sometimes after a call..
need to reboot..

has happened two-three times now.. but all in a gap of 5-6 days..

Congos first :)

You should have gone for PL-21. It's much better than EP-630 if you consider just bass. Moreover the bass of EP-630 is muddy. Thump feel is not felt. For more clarity, PL-30 FTW. Moreover PL-11 is just the same cost of EP-630 (or low), what "more" do you expect from it.

PristineNote has one of the best ASS. Don't know much about Mp4nation.

Short review-

+Good clarity
+Great vocals and channeling of music.
+Good highs and excellent mids

-Worst bass I have ever seen. :evil: (frankly this even forced me to think about returning it)
-Bass is more channeled towards right side. Also I feel volume is a bit more in R

Verdict- Not recommended. Even sub 5k SE phones get better earphones.

I bought a unlocked Idea NetSetter 7.2mbps HSDPA usb modem from ebay.in for 1251/-, which is actually a HUAWEI E-1732 modem. It is voice/sms enabled.

Works great with linux mint11 and ubuntu, mandriva:evil:

@all: If you look at my images,you will see that most are actually close-ups. At 1024x768 the details that I want to show are not visible, which is why I refuse to resize them.
