No. Its not true.
They have some of the best warranty but that is limited to US/Can/Mex.

Over here get MSI/Zotac/Palit for Nvidia GPUs.

Not necessarily, EVGA is considered good cause they give 10yrs warranty in US(also have good build quality), but since in India Tirupati give 2 yrs for EVGA, MSI with 3 yrs warranty looks to be better option. Plus MSI after market coolers are beyond groovy.

Since I didn't use the code(offline) and it sucks cause of the bugs, I think I'll sell it and get HAWX 2 instead, too many crashes are getting on my nerves.

I manage to play a few races, but it would crash every now and then, specially during loading, then the annoying kb freeze happens when its not crashing, the kb would freeze till next boot even when I had exited the game using the macro keys(they work), the problem lies with windows 7 and EHCI USB driver architecture but DiRT 3 is the only game to trigger it so far, this is starting to make me mad :x

I told ya. 5 days for them to realise that we made a purchase. 1-2days for the package to travel.

Delivery date for my headphones showed 26th aug. I quickly dropped my purchase.
