Not just a HTPC...this PC serves as my 24X7X365 application, database and VM server currently and in the near future will also act as my casual gaming console and my HTPC...

I dont need to drag the pc anywhere, thankfully the LED is right nearby...actually even if I had to, a 10 m HDMI cable will do the trick!

But you are right...It is an extra. It is not something indispensable. But since I would get it were I to get a 560Hawk, it is nice to have.

Hot damn, you beat me to it, please show some pics and do a mini review(impressions) on the Z68Vpro

Pics posted. Some interesting points:
1. POST messages via visual cues, so you know what is wrong without deciphering beeps. 2nd RAM was not seated well so Mem OK LED glimmered continuously and made my troubleshooting job easier.
2. Reset and power button on mobo itself is awesome for me.
3. You can separately set AHCI and IDE mode for Marvel and intel controller
4. No IDE ports.
5. Battery placement is weird.
6. PCI slot got hidden by gfx, only one left.
