Purchased Samsung Monte S5620 from Big Bazar @ 9.2k with bundled features
1. 2 year Extended warranty from Big Bazar
2. Philips earphone @ 1.3k
Using it and happy with it. The 3.2 mega Pixel camera is very good and the capacitive touch screen is actually amazing. Wi-fi connectivity is very good.
Music quality is actually very good and actually better than the new Ipod nano models even with the bundled ear-Phone.

Only downside is the Video recorder and default video play back capability. It can only play videos in mp4 format and only of very low resolution. Most of the mp4 videos won't play. But 3rd party players are available for it.

Overall great phone.

nice purchase. now time for pics.

and if you unable play video of even MP4, use Format Factory & manually modify videos till they playable. my ROKR E6 is a music phone but absolute useless when it comes to playing video.

baba, even if the device supports 3G. He has to have 3G mobile connection. Like BSNL 3G

baba?

Got My Creative EP 630 replaced :))

Actually it was after a long battle. My EP 630 got a loose contact issue in the 11th month.I went for replacement then they told me that they were giving only 6months for earphones.(Actually they told me that when I purchased it)
But I argued that its warranty is given as 1year in manual. After some talks they sent it to mumbai for replacement.Today I got a new one.

Purchased:
a 500 GB WD Green 32 MB cache HDD for Rs. 2050 including VAT
A Tech-com External case for the same @ Rs. 450+VAT@4%

Getting transfer speeds of 27-28 MBps, case is fully closed, no holes for air flow. I looked in atleast 15-16 shops, but could not find a case with a fan in Kolkata.

I have the very same.Battery life of keyboard is good (still havnt changed it)
but battery life of mouse sucks. It hardly reach 20-25 days.So you will have to buy a battery recharger and a pair of NiMh batteries for it.

I am using Uniross battery charger + 2 1900mAh batteries bought for 600/-
and I use my Duracell Alkalines when I charge the rechargeables

on 26th may bought two SVB gamepads - one vibration and another one is non- vibration @ Rs. 210 and 125 respectively.

One Amkette Optical USB mouse @ Rs. 190

one prodot spike guard/surge protector but it went bad so replaced it at the shop - but after sometime it went bad again so I think prodot spike guards are really bad - never buy them.

On 5th june ( yesterday ) bought

One Frontech Spike Giard only for Rs. 90

One plain Enter Keyboard @ Rs. 130 - typing is very swift on it :p

Even the frontech will go bad after a months usage. next time buy something which looks robust. I bought one, got it replaced after a month, then threw it away the next month.
