A family friend of mine is doing her PhD from CMU, she did her MS from OSU and B Tech from an university in Bangalore.
CMU is one of the most expensive schools and they have a strict policy of not awarding a single dollar in scholarships to internationals. This is only for undergrad btw.

It's the newest model, I guess ,with .5mm precision and 3 years warranty ,only drawback is that it takes 10 hours to charge and gives 45 mins backup.There are better models with 1 hour charging time..
Couldn't test it ,it took like 2 weeks to reach me.Just after the day I shaved(was saving puny facial hair just to test it ) I got it.Now waiting for hairz to grow back.
