On 22th Aug one Viewsonic va1616w 16 inch TFT monitor
from KB Computers for Rs. 6500. ( inclusive of all )

Display resolution is 1366*768 with aspect ratio of 16:9. Response time 5ms.
Power consumption 20W.

Bought this for my old rig after 15inch LG crt gone kaput after 3 years

But this monitor will do the job anyway for my old rig. ( sitting idle most of the time )
Actually I was looking for a cheap 15inch samsung CRT but found
none. So decided to buy 15inch tft. But they are overpriced ( Rs. 6300 - 6800 ).
Also resolution is only 1024*768 ( not so wide ). So bought this.

It doesn't have DVI connector . ( viewsonic should add dvi to make it future proof )
Though front view is crisp & vibrant viewing angle is not so good
