Assuming that your HDD is dead, the only way to recover your data is to give it to professional recovery people, but that can be quite expensive - much more than the cost of a new HDD.

There are many kinds of hard disk failure and recovery cost depends on how difficult the job is. The pros have specialised equipment to deal with various types of failure.

^^ By replacing PCB (of same model)...Can I able to recover data ??
Will this method voids warranty ??

What is the approx. cost of recovering data charged by professionals ?

With older HDDs, replacing the PCB is a straightforward method of recovering data - IF failure of the drive electronics is the reason. I've done it myself a few times for others. But with modern drives, it may not be so easy.

Yes, I'm pretty sure it will void the warranty - if they find out.

As I said, recovery cost depends on how difficult it is. I have no experience with using the services of recovery pros, but from what I've heard, it could be a few thousand for a simple job. If they have to open up the sealed platter housing, that will certainly cost more as it has to be done in a special clean room. If they have to take out the platter, place it on a special machine, align the tracks and read the contents sector by sector, it could run to lakhs of rupees.
